Terms & Conditions
General These terms and conditions (“online store terms”) apply to all transactions concluded with you, the customer, when you shop via the plylines.com website (“the Website”) at the online store. Please read them carefully before placing your order and print a copy for your future reference. By registering at the online store you accept and agree to be bound by the Online Store Terms and the terms and conditions of the Website which together shall constitute the entire agreement between you and plylines.com (“we, us”), the online trading name of Vanworks (UK) Ltd.
Plylines.com reserves the right to alter these Online Store Terms from time to time.
References in this document to “the online store” refer to the plylines.com store operated by Vanworks (UK) Ltd.
The Online Store Terms are subject to English Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. If any Online Store Terms shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that Online Store Term shall be severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining Online Store Terms.
Acceptance of Orders
We are only able to take orders through the online store for delivery to mainland U.K. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and offshore locations may incur extra charges.
We validate your order and credit or debit card details you submit to us before your order can be accepted. Once that has been done, we will confirm that your order has been received by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address you provide in your registration form. Our confirmation of your order brings into existence a legally binding agreement between us.
We accept all orders for products and services subject to availability and certain security checks.
We accept payment by most major credit or debits cards. Payment will be debited to your account before the dispatch of your purchase. All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. We will not be liable for any delays to your order this may cause. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us or you fail our security checks, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Availability of Products
If online store products become temporarily unavailable, we shall hold your order until we have the product back in stock and will then mail the product to you in the usual way. In the event that an individual product becomes permanently unavailable then we will seek to offer you a suitable alternative or give you a full refund.
Product Reproduction
Plylines.com have made every effort to correctly reproduce the pictures of the products in our online store. However, some items shown in the online store may slightly differ in appearance and the manufacturers of our products reserve the right to modify the specification without prior notice. If you are not satisfied with the product your have ordered, we operate a returns policy (see “Returns Policy” below).
Products & Pricing
All products listed are subject to Value Added Tax (“VAT”) where applicable. These may change in line with UK government, Customs & Excise, EU directives, and other legal interpretations issued by relevant authorities.
We reserve the right to amend any prices without any prior notice and at any time and the right to add or withdraw any product at any time.
Guidance
To the extent that we are permitted by law to limit our liability to you in connections with any order, that liability will not exceed the total price charged for the relevant product(s).
Delivery
Your order will normally be dispatched within 7 (seven) days of placing the order unless otherwise stated. Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods within such timescales, some delays are inevitable and we shall not be liable for any delay that you may suffer in this regard. Orders specifically requested for Saturday delivery will incur extra charges. Orders need to be received by 1pm in order to be processed that day. If you would like to view the status of your order please visit ‘Order History’ in the ‘My Account’ section of the online store. If, after checking you Order History, you have any questions about the status of your order then please refer to our help section, accessible from the foot of every page.
We are authorised to share your personal information with third parties who are used to fulfil your order or satisfy our obligations to you.
Cancellation/Returns Policy
We have the right to cancel any order you make for any product if you fail our validation or security checks. If payment has been taken you will receive a full refund and an e-mail confirmation confirming such refund to the e-mail address you provide in your registration form.
You have the right to cancel any order you make for any product (unless stated otherwise on special order items) purchased through the online store and you will receive a full refund. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt in an unused condition for a full refund or exchange. When returning products to us for refund or exchange, you must pay for the appropriate postage costs. If a full refund is applicable or the exchange has been caused by an error on our part, then we will refund the postage you have paid on receipt of the returned product.

Please wrap products securely, fix the returns label safely to the parcel and attach appropriate postage. Please remember to include your completed returns form and give the reason for return and any new requirements.
