With quality workmanship and after sales service that is second to none we have become a leading player in the commercial body building market since we were established in 1999, in fact a number of our employees have a bodybuilding background stretching back as far as 1960 from previously working with, Far Fab Body Engineering, Commercial Transport Developments (CTD Ltd) and CMA Coachbuilders. We are already the preferred bodybuilders to many large, private and publicly owned companies.
The future looks good with new standards in our industry which we hope to embrace by working to the new European Type Approval standards when they become applicable.
We specialise in bespoke body building to meet specific customer requirements
Although we have a range of standard priced bodies all our bespoke bodies are individually priced according to the specification required and we offer free quotations and consultations.
Quality in Construction
We use the latest materials available to construct our bodies, including lightweight GRP and aluminium.
All our fittings are sourced from well established companies and all ce & e marked products are always used when available
Our unique folded panel construction for aluminium bodies reduces the amount of exterior rivets, which results in a smoother cleaner looking body whilst giving internal strength to a lightweight body.We also supply and fit many types of tail lifts including Ratcliff Palfinger, Del and Ross & Bonnyman.

Platforms & Dropsides
Alloy hollow plank dropsides and tailboard, Galvanised sub frame, Anti slip composite floor, Plastic mudguards and rope hooks as standard
GRP Box Bodies
Constructed with 14mm or 17mm panels, standard or lightweight core. Aluminium framework, galvanised sub frame, anti slip composite floor, fibreglass roof & alloy roller or double doors to rear.
Alloy Box Bodies
Constructed with folded 18swg panels, standard finish or white painted. Aluminium framework, galvanised sub frame, anti slip composite floor, fibreglass roof & alloy roller or double doors to rear.
Curtainsiders
Curtain sided bodies, aluminium and steel framed, galvanised sub frame, anti slip composite floor, fibreglass roof & alloy roller or double doors to rear.
Specialist Bespoke Bodies
Beavertails and Transporters
Platform bodies with a beavertail or sloped body designed to carry general plant or cars/commercials. Fitted with a winch at the front & detachable or hinged ramps.
Small Tippers
Steel tipping frame with an Advanced GRP or aluminium body fitted.
Recycling
What started of as a design for local authorities this build has become popular with private companies taking over this role. At Advanced Systems we have been working closely with this industry to produce a range of vehicle bodies specifically designed for this purpose.
Tree surgery
Another popular build for us. Although every user has their own take on the preferred use, this is something that we can easily cater for.
